How long does it take for my deposit to get approved?

Credit card verification takes up to 24 hours and bank wires are usually received within 3-5 business days.

Credit Card

If it is your first time depositing via credit card, a ticket will be automatically assigned to your account for you to verify your identity for KYC purposes. Once we have verified you are the card holder, your deposit will be approved and further deposits will be credited automatically. This verification process usually takes 12 hours.

Wire Transfer

After submitting your wire transfer to our bank account, please wait 3-5 business days for us to receive the funds and process them in to your account balance.
